8. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds once a product is sent.

Subject: Important Update - COD Products Discontinued

Hey everyone,

Sad news. We have just received a Cease and Desist from Activision regarding our COD products. This means all products related to COD have been shut down and will not be returning due to legal reasons.

I know this comes as a shock to many of you who have been loyal supporters of our COD-related services and tools. We've been fighting this battle behind the scenes for months, trying to find a compromise that would allow us to continue serving our community while respecting their intellectual property rights. Unfortunately, their legal team has made it clear that any continuation of our services would result in further legal action that we simply cannot afford to fight.

Effective immediately, all COD tools, cheats, and services will be taken offline. We're also required to remove all COD-related content from our social media channels and website archives.

This decision wasn't made lightly, and I want you to know that we explored every possible avenue to keep these services running. We even considered rebranding and restructuring, but their legal requirements were too restrictive to make it viable. The cease and desist covers not just our current offerings, but any future products that could be construed as derivative of their franchise.

To our content creators, streamers, and resellers who relied on our tools - I'm truly sorry. We know many of you built your platforms around our tools, and we understand the disruption this will cause. We're working on developing alternative tools for other games that might help fill the gap, though nothing can truly replace what we've built together over the years.

It's been an amazing run with you all, and I'm grateful for every moment we've shared in this incredible gaming community. While this chapter is closing, our passion for gaming and supporting players like you will never fade.
